Nelson Welding Ducati V4 95DB for decat system

Description

The new Ducati low DB system works very well. It delivers under 95 dBa static measured.

System is a decat system that fit on the OEM collector. This low DB system is a stainless system with 3 titanium silencers. 1 under the engine and 2 under the seat. With 4 db killers you can choose your sound level.

In the Dyno graph you see the different power lines of this V4R, note: Its engine HP and not wheel HP.

• OEM HP (234HP , 120Nm torque).
• Low DB system fitted without DB killers and test mapping (237.5 HP, 118Nm torque).
• Low Db system fitted with 4 DB killers and remapping ( 241HP, 119.6 Nm torque).
• Low Db system fitted without 4 DB killers and remapping ( 245.9 HP, 125.5Nm torque).
• It gains +11HP and + 5.5Nm off torque.

The total weight off the system is 9.6kg, stock exhaust is 11.kg

Sound level during riding : full throttle, 5 gear , tester from the bike +- 3 m :

• Open: +-107 dBa
• Front DB: +- 102 dBa
• Front + rear DB: +- 95 dBa

For comparison: full system Termignoni with silencer under seat open on the track 120 dBa.

Option for this system is small open silencers.
